SAGH is predominantly a real estate group offering a full spectrum of property services. SAGH and its affiliates have a significant network of offices in South Africa.

SAGH operates various social media communities on various platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc. When you connect with us via any such platform, we may receive personal information about you. 13. Email Subscriptions
We maintain a list of email addresses for correspondence purposes and the occasional Newsletter. By accepting our Terms and Conditions you acknowledge and accept our correspondence. You can at any time unsubscribe from any email service with SAGH. Our server has been configured in such a manner that e-mail addresses can only be accessed by authorised SAGH staff.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of South Africa.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and SAGH, you consent to the jurisdiction of the Gauteng High Court (notwithstanding that the quantum in the action or proceedings may otherwise be beyond the monetary jurisdiction of that court).
SAGH may legally assign any of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving you notice.
You agree that you may only use the Website for lawful purposes and may not in any manner whatsoever modify, distribute, or exploit the Website Content thereof without SAGH’s prior written consent. You also agree that you may not abuse or misuse the Website or the Website Contents in any manner whatsoever.
